Shipping Policy

We currently ship across all governorates in Egypt.

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days depending on the customer’s location and shipping availability. Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales periods, or unexpected circumstances.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will appear during checkout before completing the order.

We offer free shipping on all orders above EGP 2000.

Next-day delivery is available within Kafr El Sheikh Governorate for eligible orders and locations.

All orders are confirmed by phone before shipment. Please make sure your contact information is correct and available.

If a customer refuses to receive the order after it has been shipped without a valid reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
